Delete Your Travit Account

You can request deletion of your Travit account and its associated personal data at any time, at no cost.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to support@travit.app.
  2. Use the subject line Delete my account.
  3. Send it from, or include in the message, the email address of the Travit account you want removed.

What gets deleted

We permanently delete your Travit account — the login and email address held in our authentication system (AWS Cognito) — and any personal data associated with it. This is completed within 30 days of your request, and we email you a confirmation when it is done.

Trip itineraries you saved are stored only on your device. They are removed when you delete the Travit app from your device and are never sent to us.

Data we may retain

We may retain limited records where necessary for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, and only for as long as required by applicable law.
